Saying NO is so very hard for me too! I have managed to do it....and then I feel guilty. So, I don't know what is worse, not saying no and doing another thing you really don't have time for or feeling so bad because you said no. I find as I get older that saying no becomes easier but the feeling of guilt still lingers on. Once I find out how to say no somewhat guilt free I will let you know!
